How do live listing quotas work? Do draft or expired listings count?
No. Only 'live' published properties visible on the map and search feeds count towards your active limit. Drafts, expired, rented, or archived listings do not count, so you never lose your portfolio history.
How do agent team seats work?
With Pro (3 seats) and Growth (10 seats), agency admins can invite colleagues via email. Individual listings can be assigned directly to specific agents so inquiries route to the right agent's WhatsApp.
How are agency subscriptions and invoices billed?
