Questions
What counts as a live listing?One that's on the map right now. Drafts, expired listings and ones waiting for a check don't count.
What happens when a plan ends?Your account moves to Starter. Your 2 most active listings stay live (Spotlighted ones first); the rest go back to drafts with their photos and enquiries kept. Nothing is deleted.
What does the registered-agency mark mean?We've checked your business registration certificate by hand. It shows on paid plans. It isn't a rating of your service.
Do plans renew automatically?Not when paid by bank transfer: you pay for a month or a year and choose whether to pay again. When the apt app is out, plans bought in it will renew through the App Store or Google Play until you cancel.
Can I get a refund?A billing period that has started isn't refunded, except for downtime on our side, or a charge you didn't make reported within 7 days. The refund policy has the details.
Is my data mine?Yes. Export your listings and leads as CSV whenever you like.
